Promoting Holistic Health and Wellness Across Ages

To ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages under Goal-3 of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), SWATI has been actively implementing a wide range of health initiatives. These include general health services, maternal and newborn care, child nutrition, malaria eradication, HIV/AIDS prevention, adolescent health, maternity assistance, sanitation initiatives, safe drinking water access, and remote healthcare services, ensuring comprehensive health coverage for all.

Building Health Awareness and Access in Rural Areas

Over the years, SWATI has executed impactful health and hygiene initiatives such as the Community-Based Malaria Control Program, Village Contact Drives, and PEHCHAN, a program aimed at strengthening health systems for MSM, hijra, and transgender communities. Additional programs include Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health & Nutrition (MNCHN), the V4 Sub-Centre Program, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, WASH Academy, and Marriage: No Child’s Play, all designed to improve community health outcomes in its operational areas.
