SWATI has implemented programs like ANTARANGA, aimed at mobilizing youth to foster peace, communal harmony, and national development. Other key initiatives include the Accountable Governance Program, Social Watch Monitors Program, PRI engagement, Social Justice, and Good Governance Programs. These efforts empower, educate, and organize communities to access their rights, benefit from government programs and schemes, and participate actively in governance and decision-making processes.

In pursuit of Goal-16 of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)—to promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, ensure access to justice for all, and build effective, accountable, and inclusive institutions at all levels—SWATI has been actively promoting youth clubs and community-level organizations. These groups are oriented on values of communal harmony, peace, and justice to strengthen social cohesion at the grassroots level.
