Empowering Communities Through Local Leadership

Above 75 skilled and experienced workers are working directly and 120 professionals, community resource persons and Community Organizers are working part timely in different projects of SWATI. More than 50% of working staffs are women and more than 70% are from local community. SWATI has a Resource center and Campus at Bandhagada of Kandhamal district with all facilities of Training, accommodation, Library, Agricultural Demonstration, Nature study and study of Community life.
